I am a writer and story teller
A friend once told me
‘Never let the truth
get in the way of a good story’
I love that line and while he may not be the
first to have said it…It is such a funny thought.
However, I write truth, but only from my knowledge and heart.
In your heart lies
a mountain of stories, tales that can help others heal hurt, and stimulate passion and love.
I wanted to take my stories from my files, and computer and notepads, napkins
you name it I have written on it, then place them in print so that you could
read them, become inspired and I simply wanted to connect with others through
the written word. While newspapers come and go, the internet continues to soar;
I don’t want to see the written word become a dieing art form, or communication
form.
Then an idea came to me, what if I could dig out my old files, use the
technology I have been fighting for so long and create a site for people to come
to, to purchase the books, while sharing an idea or quote that may give a
pleasant smile or thought. With God’s help She Writes Books came alive.
